Caneland Central 5 Star NABERS Rating

Caneland Central has proudly achieved its first-ever 5-star NABERS water rating, while maintaining its 5-star energy rating. This achievement highlights Sentinel Property Group‘s commitment to sustainability and resource conservation.

Works have also commenced on the Roof Solar Installation, which brings along numerous associated ESG benefits. Project completion is expected by December 2023, resulting in substantial electricity cost savings and generating income of circa $1.5 million for the Centre. Furthermore, the installation is projected to enhance the asset value by circa $20 million upon completion.
