Daniel O’Driscoll
Director of Business Development
Daniel is an experienced leader with over 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, overseeing the strategic management and development of real estate assets.
Daniel has worked extensively on leading a team of investment management professionals across a $3.0 billion portfolio of mixed-use assets and land holdings across Australia. Throughout his career, he has developed strong financial, analytical, and communication skills, as well as expertise in stakeholder management and negotiation.
He started his property career at Sentinel in 2011 under the mentorship of CEO Warren Ebert while completing a degree in Property Economics (Honors) from the Queensland University of Technology. He returns more than a decade later after excelling in a variety of roles at Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC), where he was the inaugural recipient of the Real Estate scholarship in his final year of studies (2012).
From starting as an Investment Analyst across the Core Retail & Office Funds, Daniel’s approach to real estate and unique leadership style promoted him to senior roles within the business. He was responsible for coordinating the establishment and implementation of Strategic Asset Plans for Regional, Super Regional, and CBD-based assets, creating Masterplans, and leading the delivery of their respective development pipelines.
He holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the Queensland University of Technology.
