Courtney is the Investor Relations Manager at Sentinel Property Group, bringing 12 years of experience across a diverse range of sectors including in her most recent roles in Commercial Real Estate within Capital Markets and Investment Services.
Courtney joined Sentinel at the beginning of 2025, with a history of executive assistance across multiple industries. Courtney brings a deep understanding of business operations which shows in her keen ability to analyse and communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
With the ability to interpret and manage sensitive information, coordinate with external stakeholders, and handling high pressure situations makes her adept at maintaining investor confidence and trust. Courtney’s attention to detail, organisational skills, and proactive problem-solving capabilities have aided in supporting executives effectively, and these traits will assist her in delivering consistent, high-quality investor communications.
Courtney is responsible for leading the Investor Relations team she is, committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with our investors, ensuring transparent and effective communication of financial and strategic initiatives.
Her role encompasses developing and executing communication strategies, investor engagement, and reporting on key developments to enhance stakeholder trust, driving long-term value for the Sentinel and ensuring investors receive monthly returns. Throughout her career, Courtney has worked in operations focused roles across Commercial Real Estate, Law, Retail Construction, Retail Convenience and Petroleum, holding roles at Colliers, Knight Frank, 7 Eleven and United Petroleum.
Courtney’s diverse background has given her a comprehensive understanding of the real estate investment industry and the importance of strategic communication in fostering investor confidence.
Courtney is currently undertaking her Master of Business Administration with RMIT with an interest in Financial Analytics.
