Sentinel Property Group has no connection with Sentinel Private Wealth Pty Ltd, which has had new licence conditions imposed on it by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC).

Sentinel Property Group and Sentinel Private Wealth are completely separate entities with different Australian Financial Services Licences issued by ASIC.

Sentinel Property Group Pty Ltd (Australian Financial Services Licence No. 405462) is an independent Queensland-based promoter of wholesale property-based managed investment trusts.

Sentinel Property Group is supportive of the role that ASIC plays in supervising the financial markets and we take our licence conditions and compliance very seriously. Unfortunately, whilst Sentinel Property Group manages approximately $1.1 billion of property on behalf of investors, we cannot have sole control over the use of the ‘Sentinel’ name in the financial markets. Sentinel Property Group investors should be aware that we have no relationship whatsoever with Sentinel Private Wealth Pty Ltd. ACN 141 149 304.
