More K9’s, bottle shop changes on the cards and big plans for the Quarter at Casuarina Square

Sentinel Property Group CEO Warren Ebert says a Doberman and German Shepherd will soon join the dog patrol fleet at Casuarina Square.

He told Katie Woolf they’re also working with bottle shop owners to redesign their stores to have walk-in vending machines that scan ID’s for the BDR and process payment before delivering the goods.

Mr Ebert says they’ll be trying to enforce it when leases come up for renewal acknowledging while it will cost businesses more money it will save them on security costs in the long term.

He also revealed plans to enclose and air condition the Quarter with more food and beverage options.
