The Queensland company that owns Casuarina Square and Casuarina All Sports Club has drafted a plan for Frog Hollow in Darwin’s CBD.

The plan includes five eight-storey apartment blocks for student accommodation and four four-level apartments for NDIS accommodation, with the potential for defence or social housing.
