Interview with ABC Darwin – Warren talks Casuarina Square
October 19, 2022
The Northern Territory Government has declared that it is moving towards a smarter and safer Territory, with a list of changes announced last week, designed to protect victims and businesses from crime and anti-social behaviour.
ABC Radio Darwin’s Adam Steer recently spoke with Sentinel Property Group’s chief executive Warren Ebert on the topic, with regards to ‘Casuarina Square’ Shopping Centre.
“We are doing everything we can. A lot of people have noticed that since we took over on 31st March 2022, that they feel much safer”, Mr Ebert said.
“The centre is performing very well, with most tenants trading above budget, and security is under control enough that major retailers are very comfortable in coming to Casuarina Square”.
Sentinel is in agreement with the Northern Territory Government and Darwin City Council, with development plans to improve things substantially and make the centre an even safer place.
