Senior Property Manager

The Position:

Reporting to the National Portfolio Manager – Commercial & Industrial, the Senior Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of commercial, office, and industrial properties. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that key performance indicators outlined in the Management Agreements are met.

Key Functions & Duties:

• Prepare and deliver regular property reports as per the Management Agreement and company directives.
• Monitor budgets, handle re-forecasting, and proactively manage rental arrears.
• Oversee debt recovery processes in alignment with client guidelines.
• Recommend actions on tenant matters, vacancies, and other property-related concerns.
• Ensure invoice accuracy and adherence to lease terms.
• Collaborate with Facility Managers to implement maintenance programs and compliance initiatives.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify risks and ensure safety.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

About You:

• To succeed in this role, you will have:
• Tertiary qualifications in real estate or a related field.
• Experience with MRI Software and Nexus (preferred but not essential).
• A proven background in commercial property management.
• Experience managing budgets and financial aspects related to property management.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
