What would your day-to-day look like?
As a Leasing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Property, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth leasing processes and accurate record-keeping. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining leasing documentation, tracking leasing activity, and liaising with key stakeholders, contributing to the overall success of the leasing team.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Maintain and update the Retail Leasing Activity Tracking schedule.
- Set up new retail properties, add tenants, and update lease information.
- Prepare and distribute renewal and option letters.
- Manage leasing fees, incentives, and real retail listings.
- Coordinate leasing signage, marketing materials, and photography.
- Support leasing executives with documentation and reporting.
- Generate and maintain tenancy schedules, sales reports, and critical date tracking.
- Ensure lease documents are accurate by liaising with Property Management and Finance teams.
- Collate and send signed offers and related paperwork to the Legal department.
- Administer leasing fee summaries and maintain incentive spreadsheets.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including leasing executives, legal teams, and finance.
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships.
- Handle inquiries from tenants and leasing agents professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure all leasing team members have up-to-date materials for leasing negotiations.
Are you someone with?
- Tertiary qualifications in real estate, property management, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Experience in retail leasing or property administration (preferred but not essential).
- A solid understanding of lease agreements, retail leasing processes, and critical date management.
- Strong proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
