Sentinel Property Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Director of Projects, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of office fit-outs, building refurbishments, roofing works, and projects across retail, industrial, and commercial sectors. You will assist in managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and managing project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Support pre-construction assessments and procurement processes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring seamless execution.
- Prepare and present project reports to key stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication across all project teams.
- Ensure all projects meet high-quality standards and client expectations.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a commercial estimator.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Eligibility for QBCC – Project Management Services license (highly regarded).
