Role Overview
In this support role, you will provide vital assistance to the Investor Relations Team, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining strong relationships with existing investors. Working closely with internal departments, you will play a crucial role in supporting capital-raising initiatives and maintaining effective investment activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare regular investor reports, including weekly, monthly, and annual updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of investor Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
- Ensure adherence to regulatory obligations under AFSL with ASIC and AUSTRAC
- Support equity-raising activities and maintain professional investor communications
- Maintain, organize, and safeguard essential investor-related documents
- Generate ad-hoc reports as needed by the team, management, or regulatory bodies
- Engage professionally with existing and prospective investors
- Assist in planning and organizing investor meetings, webinars, and events
- Develop relationships with institutional and financial advisory groups
- Maintain comprehensive records of investor interactions and events
- Conduct background research on potential investors for informed decision-making
- Stay informed about industry trends, investor sentiments, and competitive analysis
- Contribute to marketing materials for capital-raising efforts, including presentations and promotional content
- Support the Investor Relations Executive as required
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to achieve business outcomes
- Assist in training and onboarding of new team members as required
- Maintain and update website content according to company standards
- Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times

Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field (desired, not essential)
- Experience in a similar role (desired, not essential)
- Sales experience (desired, not essential)
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field (desired, not essential)
- Intermediate Excel skills (desirable)
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Self-motivation with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and high level of pride in work
- Forward-thinking mindset and proactive approach
