About Us

About the Role

As the HR Advisor, you will work closely with the Head of HR to shape and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with SPG’s goals. This is a pivotal role in enhancing our company’s culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting leadership and talent development. Your expertise will contribute to retaining top talent and ensuring our team’s continuous growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of HR to design and execute HR strategies that support SPG’s expansion and long-term objectives.
  • Play a central role in fostering a positive and inclusive company culture, aligned with SPG’s core values.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to attract and retain top talent across all levels of the organisation.
  • Partner with managers and leaders to identify leadership development opportunities and deliver impactful programs.
  • Drive staff training initiatives, including designing, coordinating, and evaluating learning and development programs.
  • Support the creation of career progression frameworks to enhance employee satisfaction and growth.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
  • Analyse and report on HR metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic actions.

About You

We’re looking for a motivated HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR advisory or generalist roles, ideally within a growing organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, including employment law, learning and development, talent retention, and leadership development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • A passion for enhancing workplace culture and driving employee engagement.
  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
