Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Centre Manager or a professional with property experience looking to step into a Centre Manager role in retail property. You will oversee the day-to-day management and operations of multiple shopping centres within the Sentinel Property Group portfolio. Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will be key in delivering strong financial and operational performance while supporting leasing and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations and performance of assigned shopping centres.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Support financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and expense control.
  • Assist with leasing activities and tenancy coordination.
  • Oversee marketing and promotional initiatives to drive customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management, safety, and operational best practices.
  • Work closely with contractors and service providers to maintain property standards.

Are you someone with?

  • 2+ years of experience in property management, retail, or shopping centre operations.
  • Experience as an Assistant Centre Manager or in a related property role, looking to step up.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • A current Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.
